Wooo, just got back from the Cross County 3:20 showing of
Cinderella Man!!!!!! It was soooooo awesome and very moving! Go Russell Crowe! ugh, I was so tense during the movie and stuff that I got a headache afterwards!!!!
(At least I
think that was the reason!!) But after I was so happy because the guy who played "Mike" looked really familiar, and I remembered who he was afterwards - an Irish dad in an immigration movie! How specific, right!? hehe. Oh, here we go -
In America <It was interesting but sometimes weird.
There were so many touching scenes in
Cinderella Man - almost too many! hehe. Like when they were in the church praying for Braddock and when everyone donated money and all this stuff!

Yaaay!!!! I finally saw it! I just got back a few minutes ago from the 4:35 showing at the United Artists Yonkers theatre............. Adam Sandler was sooooo great!!!!! And Chris Rock looked kinda out of place in the trailers, but I was still sad when he. Yeah, in case you haven't seen it already!!!!! Anyway, it was so awesome and it seemed like a serious movie with too many jokes (but in a good way). I just checked the ratings when I checked the name of the theatre........... I can't believe it's only PG-13!! Kids these days....... sheesh! Just kidding! Anyway, if you enjoyed this movie too (or didn't!) feel free to post your own opinions!

still can't believe the movie was only PG-13....... especially with the video of Adam Sandler and the warden's secretary! And of course, Rob Schneider was shouting "You can do it!" I think tomorrow I'm seeing

] with my parents if my bro's not to busy with finals (I just went with him today - we had the whole theatre to ourselves for a little while. The "turn off your cellphones" announcement totally ruined that bad-looking wedding-crasher movie with owen wilson and people - no sound and stuff. Also, during the movie, people tried to clap - hell, I woulda too, but only two people out of about six did, and fifteen minutes apart! too bad...... no one clapped at the end tho? just during the game. and my bro woulnd't let me stay the whole credits. oh well.)
Conclusion (if you're skimming, the decent part): I don't really remember the game from
Remember the Titans, but I feel like this movie's game was a LOT more exciting (and
Titans was a REALLY good movie!). (Plus, the basketball game between Adam Sandler and the "brother" was really cool! But watching him get beat up by that guy and the guards was really painful.......) Anyway, I'm sure other people have said this, but (and coming from a football non-fan if we speak American - I don't mean soccer!
) football games in movies are so exciting! And this was no exception! (Well, I saw an R-rated football movie with a friend a few years ago and THAT was really boring, plus my grandma came in and told me my family was leaving five minutes before the end....
so we left early. Don't remember what the movie was. A lot of naked locker room scenes tho. DX)
